Course Overview

Explore the principles of digital marketing while developing the skills to plan, deliver and evaluate effective campaigns across a range of digital channels. You will gain an understanding of how digital environments influence customer behaviour, brand performance and marketing strategy.

Throughout the course, you will develop practical and professional skills, including:

  • Planning, evaluating and improving digital marketing campaigns
  • Using creative software and analytical tools to develop marketing solutions
  • Building critical thinking, creative problem-solving and ethical decision-making skills
  • Understanding digital audiences, platforms and emerging marketing technologies

The course combines academic study with practical application to prepare you for careers in digital marketing and related fields. It is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and delivered by Sheffield Business School, whose business courses are accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
