University Transfer allows students the flexibility to start their university studies in one program or at one institution and complete it at another.
Course Overview
Students are able to explore a variety of courses based on their own interests at the first- and second- year university level. Importantly, the credits received allow students to either complete their studies at Coquitlam College through the two-year Associate of Arts Degree or continue at another institution to complete the final requirements of their Bachelor Degree.
One-Year Program:
The one-year transfer programs in arts, business, and science are designed to give you a strong foundation in your intended area of study.
These university transfer programs allow you to enter directly into the second year of study at the university of your choice in British Columbia and elsewhere in Canada.

Two-Year Program:
The two-year transfer programs in arts and business will give you the chance to begin specializing in your academic areas of interest.
For most university degree programs, your two-year program will allow you to enter directly into your third year of study at the British Columbia university of your choice.
